Tequila Bottle

A tequila bottle cannot be quoted from nominal fill alone. A workable specification also needs brimful capacity, headspace, overall dimensions, neck finish, closure, decoration, filled weight, line clearances and an outer-pack plan.

Use the products below as shape and presentation references. The tequila bottle size guide covers volume conversions and common retail formats. A new branded or sculptural bottle starts with a drawing and project brief.

Bottle specification

Capacity: nominal fill, brimful capacity, headspace, fill point and measurement method. A request for “750 ml” does not define the bottle geometry.
Dimensions: height, maximum diameter, base, shoulder, neck and filling-line clearances. These values control shelf fit, stability, handling and case design.
Neck and closure: neck finish, stopper or cap, liner, tamper-evident feature, application method and critical fit dimensions.
Glass and form: material request, wall and base effect, internal glass detail, grip area and acceptable visual variation.
Decoration: embossing, logo, label panel, print, coating, color and separate decorative parts. Confirm process order, adhesion and inspection criteria.
Pack-out: empty and filled weight, case count, dividers, cushioning, pallet limits, route and destination.

Capacity names are planning references

Formats such as 50 ml, 375 ml, 750 ml, 1 L and 1.75 L do not form one global standard set. Permitted pack sizes, labeling and tax rules depend on the destination and sales channel. Two 750 ml bottles can also differ in height, diameter, empty weight and bottles per carton.

A product photo shows a design direction. It does not confirm that the bottle is available in every capacity, glass composition, closure or decoration. Match the quotation and approval sample to the exact drawing revision.

Customization before sampling

Define the outer shape, internal glass detail and target capacity first. Then specify the neck finish, closure and liner; glass color and wall or base effect; logo, embossing, print, coating or label panel; protective insert, master carton and pallet; destination market and filling-line constraints.

Ingcho’s custom work focuses on hand-blown borosilicate glass. Forming access, wall distribution, tolerances, closure fit, decoration and packaging are checked against the drawing. A reference image does not establish those details.

Approval sample

Send the intended use, critical dimensions, capacity, closure, decoration and packaging brief with the drawing. Ingcho reviews forming access and mating interfaces, then defines the tooling and sample route. The approval sample records the agreed appearance, capacity, fit and handling checks.

Send Drawing for Review. Feasibility, tooling, MOQ, sample timing and production timing are confirmed after the design review.
